At RENox.in, your hygiene and safety are our top priority.
Since we deal in undergarments and intimate wear, we follow a strict NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND policy.

🚫 No Returns / No Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Undergarments

  • Innerwear

  • Lingerie

  • Any product that comes in direct contact with the body

This applies even if:

  • Wrong size is ordered

  • Customer changes their mind

  • Customer dislikes the fit or material

Please choose your size carefully before ordering.

🚫 No Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any condition.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product Exception

We only provide support in the following rare cases:

  • Damaged item received

  • Incorrect product sent

  • Missing item

To qualify:

  1. Unboxing video (mandatory) with the parcel clearly visible

  2. Video must start from opening the sealed package

  3. Report within 24 hours of delivery

If approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement (same product only), or

  • Store credit

No refunds are provided.
